Just as Anna Russell, the Duchess of Bedford, once revived her afternoons with sips and sweets, we honour the ritual she began, adding a whisper of whimsy and a touch of theatre.
- Act I opens with classic finger sandwiches and light fare
- Act II is served warm: scones, clotted cream, seasonal jams
- Act III concludes with pâtisserie-worthy confections and a storybook tea menu
