As outlined in the section titled “Your Legal Responsibility” below, we rely on you to take responsibility for and compensate us in the event that we incur any costs or liability as a result of the aforementioned actions.
Intellectual Property
The contents of this website belong to 2 Chesham Hotel Belgravia / Tulip Hotels Ltd (UK) (or third parties with whom we have an appropriate licence) and are protected by laws governing intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyright. The Best Rate Guarantee is not applicable to packaged rates. Packaged rates encompass: (a) hotel rooms sold as part of a travel package, where the hotel does not provide additional services such as airfares, car rental, or cruises, and (b) hotel rooms sold with value-added amenities, including, but not limited to, free breakfast and hotel parking.
Best Rate Guarantee
The Best Rate Guarantee excludes unpublished rates, i.e., rates not publicly available. This includes, but is not limited to, the following, which are not accessible to the general public:
Group rates
Corporate discount rates
Event and meeting delegate rates
Closed rates requiring membership in a club, program, or other organisation with rates targeted toward a specific group
Direct mail offers
Electronic mail offers
Promotional campaigns with rates quoted by a code
The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to rates from opaque providers. An opaque provider is any entity that conceals the hotel’s identity until after the reservation is made and payment is guaranteed. A site is considered opaque if it withholds information such as the hotel’s name, precise location, or other specifics that could enable identification, such as hotel photographs or the name of the restaurant.
Prices and Charging
All prices mentioned on this website are provided in good faith but are subject to final confirmation upon booking. In the event of any mispricing of goods or services on this website, we reserve the right to rectify the error without compensation at the time of booking.
All products and services are subject to VAT where applicable, and an additional discretionary 5% service charge will be applied to the room rate on your final bill.
Methods of Payment
Accepted methods of payment include all Visa and MasterCard cards, as well as Diners/Discover, JCB, and AMEX. For credit card security, all payment transactions are conducted through the secure services of Elavon Payment Gateway. Prioritising security and service, Elavon Payment Gateway ensures a safe and secure transaction process. Communication between you and Elavon Payment Gateway is encrypted to the maximum strength supported by your browser. Additionally, you are safeguarded from fraudulent card use in a “card not present” environment by your card issuer, allowing you to dispute a transaction in case of non-delivery or fraudulent card use, following your card issuer’s terms and conditions.
The 2 Chesham Hotel Belgravia Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Rooms can be cancelled up to 3 pm the day prior to arrival. Any cancellations after this time will result in a cancellation fee equal to the first night’s room charge, plus VAT. This policy does not apply to rooms booked on non-refundable/non-changeable rate plans, which incur a cancellation charge equivalent to the full value of the reservation plus VAT. In the case of no-shows, the cancellation fee plus VAT will be charged. Additional nights impacted by a no-show will be subject to management discretion.
